About Golden Ensign

A diversified Iraqi company delivering trading, contracting and public services to the public and private sectors.

Who we are

A contractor and supplier built for how work actually gets done in Iraq

Golden Ensign Company for Trading, General Contracting & Public Services Ltd. was established in 2022 and works across three connected sectors: general trade, construction and contracting, and public and administrative services.

Our teams of engineers and skilled technicians handle projects of varying complexity while holding the same standards of quality and safety on each one. We understand what our clients need, how the market moves and what good practice looks like — whether we are supplying materials and equipment, executing an infrastructure project, or providing specialised technical and administrative support.

We take pride in contributing to national development and infrastructure growth, and we continue to expand our reach with a results-oriented approach and a reputation built on work ethic, service quality and client trust.

Quality

Every employee is expected to hold the highest level of quality in each process across the company's activities. Projects are delivered using current international technologies and specifications, with a qualified team dedicated to following up on the implementation of quality standards, and a comprehensive quality system applied to all works.

  • Meet the quality standards set out in the contract while staying within the client's budget
  • Establish and uphold a culture of quality across the group
  • Provide continuous quality-assurance training to employees at every level
  • Apply quality control consistently at all levels and document it as evidence
  • Hold consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to the same standards
  • Evaluate and improve quality control against globally recognised standards

Teamwork

As a unified team, our success depends on the contribution of every member. We invest in our people through training, recognise and reward strong performance, and keep a work environment that supports motivation, satisfaction and accountability.

Environment and compliance

All operations are carried out in compliance with the law and statutory requirements. We work to reduce the environmental impact of our projects, encourage subcontractors and suppliers to adopt environmentally friendly practices, and share knowledge continuously with our employees.
